AV Girls Perform Well at SSC Championships

Led by Molly Moynihan and Hallie Hughes, the Apple Valley Girls Cross Country team had a strong showing in the SSC Championships.  Moynihan covered the 5K in 19:37, good for 6th place in this tough conference.  Hughes also ran well, finishing 15th out of 86 runners.  Her time was 20:08.  Up next, the girls will

Moynihan Wins 40th Annual Eagle Invite

Junior Molly Moynihan won the varsity girls cross country race at the 40th annual Eagle Invite.  The two-time state qualifier won the meet with a time of 20:46.7, a full 25 seconds ahead of the runner-up.  Teammate Katherine Lorenz finished 3rd with a 21:31.7.  Overall, the girls varsity finished in 4th place.  Full results can

Anger and Moynihan Repeat Top Five Finish at Fairbault Invitational

Twenty Girls Cross Country teams, including teams from Wisconsin and South Dakota raced at the Fairbault Invitational last Friday night. Girls Cross Country Teams Place 4th at Dakota Classic

On a humid Friday morning the Apple Valley Girls Cross Country team ran their first races of the season at Eagan High School in the Dakota Classic Invitational Meet.  Both Varsity and Junior Varsity teams placed 4th in the meet on the 3200 meter course.  Freshman Molly Moynihan placed fourth and claimed  the top finish
